How it works
Submit your inquiry
Contact us to find out about our availability. We strive to give you a stress-free and elevated experience. Well-executed events take time to plan and prepare for them. We recommend contacting us at least 30 days before your desired date.

Pick your style + add-ons
After you get an initial quote, you get to choose your colors or theme. We love customizing each and every picnic so that it feels unique and authentically you. We recommend checking our add-ons to visualize a more exclusive experience with more decor ideas, picnic foods, beverage, games, and more! Need inspiration? Check out our gallery or Instagram.
Pick a location
Choose a park, backyard, or venue of your choice. We serve clients across the DMV. We recommend looking into the rules and regulations for public spaces should you want to host your picnic at one. If permits are required, clients are responsible for obtaining one in advance. Need recommendations? Feel free to ask!
Show Up and Unwind
Let us take care of the rest! We will dedicate countless hours in planning, preparing, setting-up, so that all you have to do is show up and unwind.
Important Terms:

All picnics require a 50% deposit at the time of booking, which reserved your date/time. We do not hold spots until a deposit is made. The remaining is due 10 days prior to the event.

If a permit is needed at the desired parks/public spaces, client(s) are responsible for obtaining them in advance.

We accept credit card and ACH payments. All payments have a 3% payment processing fee. We do not accept other payment methods at this time.

We can customize colors and some rental items based on what we have in our inventory. Some custom designs may be higher in pricing. We require a minimum of 30 days of notice for custom designs with pieces that are not part of our inventory, so we can properly source or make them.

Luxury Picnic Package
This 90 minute package includes the following:

Carefully curated design or custom design (Please note some custom designs may require additional fees)

Setup and breakdown (2+ hours)

Rentals and decor include: Low picnic table, picnic blanket, rattan Japanese pillow, soft pillow, candles for display only, table runner, silk or pampas floral arrangement

Tableware rentals include: charger plate or placemat, dinner and salad plates, utensils, goblet, and napkin

Choice of Water or sparkling water

Cleaning and sanitizing pre and post event
Picnic for 2 guests starts at $295+ taxes and fees. Contact us for pricing for additional guests.
A travel fee will apply and will be based on mileage and parking (if applicable).
